para: Ciudadanos. Mira el termino "ombudsman" no es un termino muy dificil ni desconocido, lo que pasa es que tu grado de cultura es muy, muy bajo sino es que nulo, asi que si no entiendes esa palabra se debe a que tu eres el ignorante. y por tu ignorancia lo que haces es culpar a medio mundo como al periodico. Pero te recomiendo que cuando no entiendas alguna palabra, que en tu caso deben ser muchisimas palabras, pues escribelas en un papel y busca su significado en el internet o si es mucha tecnologia para ti pues buscalo en una enciclopedia.

Ahora el termino significa:Funcionario, defensor del pueblo encargado de representar los intereses de los ciudadanos ante abusos que puedan cometer los funcionarios de un Estado. El temino procede de la Constitucion Sueca que establecio dicha figura en 1809 para dar respuesta inmediata a los ciudadanos ante abusos de dificil solucion por via burocratica o judicial. De ahi que en diversos idiomas se haga referencia a su nombre en sueco Ombudsman. En los paises hispanoamericanos se denomina comunmente Defensor del Pueblo, mientras que en los paises de habla Francesesa o francofonos suele llamarse Mediateur de la Republique. Algunos paises tambien lo han titulado Defensor de los Ciudadanos.

Para: Ciudadanos. No cabe duda que el dicho de "Por eso estamos como estamos" te cae como anillo. Sigue la sugerencia de ErickX23 y, al diario, mis sugerencias serian de que cada dia agregara una nota con una palabra nueva con su definicion y pueda que Ciudadanos asi mire menos novelas. Mi estimado, en el Merriam-Webster (diccionario) la palabra ombusman la difine como palabra Española y como Inglesa.
Para que me entiendas bien: "No manches guey que trancita por tus venas? ya no mires las novelas guey!!!!!!!

Se puede decir que esoty de acuerdo con el redactor de la nota, y esto es porque si pueden utilizar un termino mas sencillo porque no hacerlo y asi motivar el habito de la lectura para que como dice Erick X 23 y JPC la poblacion deje de ver novelas y ocupe su tiempo en algo realmente productivo.

Esto es con todo el respeto que cada uno merece, si ofendi con mi comentario a alguien no fue mi intencion.
