Lo que tienes que hacer es interponer una demanda en el Ministerio Publico, una vez que lo hagas este sr. queda fichado, cuando vuelvas a rentar a tu casa tienes que ir a preguntar no recuerdo si es en el Ministerio Publico, por la persona que le rentaras la casa, ten mucho cuidado de sacarlos o entrar sin permiso de ellos, ya que ellos (a los inquilos) te pueden demandar y tu puedes salir perdiendo, asi es la Ley incompresible..pero ten mucho cuidado, una vez que vayas ahi mismo te orientaran ya que hay muchisimos casos de tipos malas pagas y abusivos que no pagan la renta y te roban lo poco que tiene la vivienda, inclusive el comentario que hace Antonio, se llevan todoooooo y sin exagerar, lo vive de cerca asi que por favor pon mucha atencion a quien se la rentas.

mi consejo es que lo tomes con calma y le des gracias a dios que ya te decisiste de esa lacra, a mi me paso algo parecido y son mas vueltas y perdida de tiempo con el ministerio publico, ya que te mandaran al juzgado si es que no pasa de 80.000 pesos la deuda, pero todo estos tramites te agrandaran mas tu coraje y te fastidiaran tus dias

A mi me paso algo similar, la tipa a la que le rente el departamento, no pago 7 meses la renta, por mas que insistia me decia que luego y que luego, total que entre al departamento y cambie las chapas, pues la tipa fue y demando, para esto yo contrate un abogado que me siguio el caso y la sacamos en menos de 15 dias, no te voy a mentir tienes que invertile, pero lo mejor es que antes de que rentes vayas y preguntes a la oficina de gobierno por la persona que le vas a rentar o de plano si no le tienes confianza pues no la rentes. todavia sigue en proceso la demanda que interpuso la tipa en mi contra por invadir propiedad privada como la vez, son las personas que viven de eso y tienen demasiada experiencia en como abusar de las personas que con fe les rentan la casa. Ten mucho cuidado porque si te pasa algo similar el juicio puede durar hasta dos años para que tu puedas sacarlos de lacasa y obvio sin que recibas ningun quinto.

Venadearlos, tirarlos en el 2000 como cualquier otro delincuente (pues eso es delinquir tambien "abuso de confianza" ) poner un puesto en el swapmeet de las cosas que queden en la vivienda para recuperar por lo menos el pago de agua, luz, telefono y si le va bien hasta el predial ,,,, =)
