Que la proxima vez que lo hagan digales hija!! me lo puedes dar por escrito? y si no te lo dan que ellos hagan una junta de empleados y a todos se les notifique un camvio en las politicas de la compania pero que sea parejo. y ya con eso te va y te quejas al departamento del trabajo ok?

He escuchado esos mismos comentarios de maquiladoras aca en Ciudad Juárez.
También lo escuche de alguien que trabajo como enfermera industrial, que la gente con sobrepeso tiene más probabilidades de tener enfermedades crónicas, de enfermarse y de incapacitarse. Para evitar el riesgo mejor no las contratan.
Yo soy muy chaparrita, y por años he estado peleando por mantener mi peso. En realidad como te ven te tratan.

ami me parese k es muy mal k descriminen alas personas k trabajan en las maquiladoras por k somos iguales todos y son personas k trabajan por cn dignidad y cn esfueszo y deberian subirles el sueldo por k es un trabajo digno y no vergonsozo y aparte es umilde para las personas k no tienen un hogar bn!....

Apreciable señorita, primero quiero decirle con todo respeto e inclusive aprecio, porque con sinceridad entiendo como se siente y somos seres huamnos con sentimientos, derechos y valores, por ello quisiera que pensara si realmente la persona que la entrevistó o resivio en esa maquiladora tuvo el atrevimiento tan deplorable de decirle literalmente que por eso no la contrataba, ya que la discriminación suele ser generalmente disfrazada, pero de la manera que haya sido debe denunciarlo, es un deber que tenemos todas las personas sensibles al tema, los seeres humanos debemos ser tratados con respeto, no sólo es un deber etico, es un derecho constitucional, por ello le dejo el número de la CONAPRED, Consejo Nacional para Prevenir la Discriminación, teléfono gratuito: 01800-5430-033.

Por otra parte, también quiero decirle con todo mi aprecio, que tal ves la dificil situuación que ha todos nos afecta la tiene muy sensible, pero por fortuna podemos recibir ayuda a precios simbolicos, en nuestros paises se ha descuidado la salud mental, pero los seres humanos somos mente, espiritu y cuerpo, necesitamos apoyo de los 3 tipos, por ello, para aumentar su seguridad en si misma, que no le afecte lo que otros en el error puedan pensar, podria buscar un apoyo de ese tipo, porque nadie nos debe herir si nos sentimos respetados y valiosos por nosotros mismos, y ser alto, bajo, con sobrepeso, hermoso o cualquier caracteristica que poseamos, somos seres humanos de invaluable valor, y no es poetico, es la verdad, cada ser humano tenemos nuestras circunstancias, y con caractaristicas que nos hacen unicos.

Si somos gente de bien, con paz interior, aun ante la adversidad, somos gente de éxito, porque aportamos nuestras generosidad a este mundo, ahora muy conbulsionado, le manod mi cariño y respeto, se de orientación psicologica de bajo costo en el Hospital Genral, en el DIF y me comprometo a poner en este blog de otras instituciones que la brinden gratuita o a muy baja cuota, ojala esto le pueda ser util, y le mando mi aprecio, solidaridad y mejores deseos, ya vera que asi será, las experiencias dificiles deben hacernos mejores personas.

Pues deberian de hacer la denuncia ya, si tiene pruebas de los actos, por que de otra forma solo la pondran sobre aviso y puede hacer movimientos en sus cuentas, accion cuanto antes.
