se debe simplemente a que hay quien las consuma y es un negociazo para las autoridades y para el gobierno, los municipales se tienen que hacerse los weyes como que no ven porque quien manda es el que esta arriba en la autoridad y en la presidencia municipal, es una verdadera bazofia todo esto . y no solo en la zona norte es esto , en todo tijuana existen distribuidores de droga ,pienso que como estan las cosas la legalizacion mas abierta que lo que es en la actualidad seria una forma de disminuir este negocio y dejar una zona de tolerancia para el que quiera andar apendejado dejarlo que use lo que quiera hasta que se llene.

en el bulevar los fundadores casi en frente del hospital ay un local de 3 pisos que siempre llegan carros a descargar droga se mira por que siempre paso por ahy y llega un olor a mariguana muy penetrante asta a abido policias municipales a cual llegan ahy a cobrar muy descaradamente asta los mismos locatarios se les nota el miedo y nunca asen nada los poplicias corruptos para expecificar es el numero 5046 o504 eh denunciado varias veces y nunca llega nadie solamente una ves eh mirado que pasan los militares muy desorientados por ahy y nunca se paran porfavor alguien que sepa donde denunciralos se le agradeceria!!!

mmmm en la calle gorki numero 23514-b del fracc Villa del Real, esta una tiendita donde venden cristal y igual llega la poli y solo miran saludan al tipo y nada todo sigue igual... te comprendo...
