Esta empresa te marea para que compres membresias y resulta que despues no puedes cancelar la membresia, por favor hay que buscar una forma de que la gente no compre mas con ellos y no sean estafados, si alguien sabe como ayudenos a los que queremos cancelar, me uno a la causa.

Les tengo buenas noticias, hay personas que ya demandaron en profeco y se fueron hasta una tercera audiencia y al final ganaron y les devolveran un 80% sobre lo que habian pagado, asi que no dejen de acudir a profeco.

Chicos a mi esposo y a mi nos paso lo mismo, fuimos a profeco, ya vamos para la 4ta audiencia y el juez en profeco nos dijo que no hay nada malo en el contrato de royal holiday y que no pueden hacer nada.. nosotros contratamos a un abogado y los vamos hacer venir a nuestro estado por que todo era por telefono y ni aun asi quiere acceder, parece q no vamos apoder recuperar nuestro dinero pero animo
