el gobierno es el q da los permisos de construccion ademas de checar los posibles riesgos q conyeva una construccion de un fraccionamiento,como el uso de suelo.estamos en una zona altamente sismica y las casas de ahora ni simientos tienen menos castillos ademas de carisimas las terminas pagando el triple si nos va bien.

Son situaciones muy similares tristemente, en las casas de Ribera del Bosque, son casas de Geo, estan construids en un lugar de alto riezgo, en lo personal pense que por algo la autoridad habia permitido la construcción ahi, mas no pense en ningun tipo de corrupción.
Aparte de eso la calidad de las casas, los detalles y la privada en si, es muy mala, todo empieza a caerse en pedazos mas o menos en un año, cuando el seguro ya no aplica, y ellos se encargan de traerte de pelota de pin pon, mientras se vence tu garantia, sin solucionarte nada!
Como ven trsite pero cierto!
