Es desconcertante observar como en lo E.E.U.U. Barak Obama decidio posponer la mayor gravacion de contribuyentes ricos hasta 2010 por la tremenda crisis economica que enfrenta, mientras que aqui en Mexico nuestros gobernantes solamente piensan en incrementar tributos. Ese es el caso de Jorge Ramos, con su caprichoso plan de "mejorar la imagen de Tijuana" con el revestimiento de los boulevares de la ciudad.
De aprobarse su mega-proyecto "de activacion urbana", dejara endrogadas a las siguientes tres admnistracion con pagos que abserveran casi la totalidad de la recaudacion de dicho impuesto, causaran la quiebra de empresas, y meramente aumentaran el numero de contribuyentes que sencillamente no pagan el impuesto. En la actualidad, estos representan mas del 33% del universo de contribuyentes del predial--mas que uno de cada tres. Ahora, de aceptarse el capricho de Ramos, el numero de contribuyentes omisos se incrementara tremendamente. Pero a el que le importa--como dijo don Porfirio, en las obras esta el dinero. Y si recordamos como pago Ramos por la operacion de su papa, tndremos una idea de que pasara. Laatima de nuestro pais.

figurate que en esta bella ciudad de Tijuana BC el alcalde Jorge Ramos a ideado cobrar el inpuesto predial por todo el predio y construccion. Si te imaguinaras lo tremenda crisis que padecemos.leeia con atencion tu comentario respecto a USA de como estan penzando bajar los inpuestos y en nuestro Mexico como alzarlos yo pienso.MAS PUEBLO Y MENOS GOBIERNO
